30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — if your key doesn't activate, or you're not satisfied, you get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
When you can get a refund
- The license key fails to activate and we cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours.
- You purchased the wrong product or tier and have not activated the key.
- You are simply not satisfied — within 30 days of purchase.
When a refund is not available
- More than 30 days have passed since the purchase.
- The key has been activated and the software works as described, without a technical defect.
- Repeated refund abuse (multiple refunds across many orders) is detected.
How to request a refund
Email support@skysofthub.com with your order number (shown on the confirmation page, format SH-XXXXXX-XXX). We process approved refunds within 1–3 business days; your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the money back to your card.
EU/UK right of withdrawal
For digital content you expressly consent to immediate delivery at checkout, which means the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once delivery has started — our voluntary 30-day guarantee above applies instead and is more generous.
